Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website. By accessing or purchasing from Pitmoto.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. Checking out confirms that an adult is placing the order.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Free Shipping:
Free standard ground shipping is available for orders over $199 within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Oversized or heavyweight items (e.g., tires, body kits) may incur additional shipping charges. If this applies, we will notify you promptly.

Tracking Information:
Tracking numbers are sent automatically once your order ships. To check tracking or shipment status, please use our Contact Form and include your order number or full name.

Shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO:
Use USPS when shipping to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. FedEx/UPS is not available for these addresses.

UPS & USPS Shipping Times:
UPS Ground: 1–7 business days (order by 2 PM EST for same-day shipping)
USPS Priority: 2–7 business days
USPS First Class: 2–10 business days

Note: USPS tracking may be delayed or reused. Please check again later if status is unavailable.

Incorrect Addresses:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require reshipping at the customer’s expense.

Out-of-Stock Items & Delays:
If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you via the contact information you provided. Most back orders ship within 2–5 business days.

International Orders:
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees imposed by your country. Delivery times may vary. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:
You must request a Return Authorization within 14 days of receiving your item. All returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt. Use our official Return Form.

Restocking & Conditions:
- Damaged/missing parts may incur up to 50% depreciation
- Return shipping is your responsibility
- No returns on: used items, electrical items, Haynes manuals, or items that contained fuel

Missing Items:
Please report missing items within 3 days of delivery using our Contact Form. No exceptions.

Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before they ship. After shipping, a return will be required. Refunds are processed in 2–3 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To cancel, use the Contact Form.

Refused Packages:
Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

Most parts are covered for 30 days against manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise. If you believe a part is defective, submit your claim using our Return Form. We may request return of the item or photos for inspection.

Not covered under warranty:
- Wear items (tires, tubes, belts, clutches, pull starts, etc.)
- Parts modified or installed with performance upgrades
- High Performance Parts

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days. Keep all original packaging. Failure to retain packaging may result in denial of a claim by the carrier. If damage is confirmed, replacement parts will be sent. Report damage using our Contact Form.

Installation & Use Disclaimer

Pitmoto.com is not responsible for damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from the installation, use, or misuse of any part or accessory purchased from our site. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all parts are installed properly by a qualified individual and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and safety guidelines.

Improper installation or modification of parts can result in serious injury or death. Always consult a certified mechanic if you are unsure about installation or product compatibility.

Regulatory Compliance Disclaimer

Some parts sold on Pitmoto.com may not be legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled vehicles in certain states, such as California. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any part or accessory purchased complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulations — including emissions and CARB (California Air Resources Board) requirements.

Pitmoto.com makes no guarantees of compliance and disclaims all responsibility for misuse or unlawful installation of any parts that are not approved for your specific jurisdiction.

Safety Disclaimer

Operating scooters, pit bikes, and other powersports vehicles carries risk. Always wear proper safety gear, including a DOT-approved helmet. Never ride in hazardous weather or poor visibility. Minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

• Any disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
